Q: Who do you work with?
We provide speech therapy for children and adults, with expertise in speech sound disorders, language delays, stuttering and fluency disorders, and overall communication support. Services are available through teletherapy across Texas and in person in the Irving and Dallas area. Visit our Speech Services page for more details.
Q: What’s the first step?
We offer a free 15-minute consultation to learn more about your needs and share how our speech-language services can help. There is no commitment, just a helpful conversation.
Q: What does a typical session look like?
Each speech therapy session is engaging, individualized, and goal-driven. For children, sessions are play-based and interactive. For adults, we focus on real-life communication strategies to support everyday goals and improve confidence.
Q: What if I’ve never tried teletherapy before?
No problem. We’ll walk you through the setup step by step and make sure you feel comfortable before your first session. You’ll use the same secure, HIPAA-compliant link each time, so there’s no need to wait for new links. Many families find that online speech therapy is just as effective as in-person sessions and often even more convenient.
Q: Do you accept insurance?
Yes! We are in-network with Cigna and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas (BCBS-TX) including many BlueCard participating networks such as Anthem.
Q: Will my plan cover services?
Coverage can vary depending on your specific plan and benefits. We are happy to help you check. Contact us with your insurance information and we can verify eligibility.
Q: What if I am not in-network?
You may still have out-of-network benefits. We can provide a superbill (an itemized receipt) that you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.
Q: Do you offer private pay?
Yes. Private pay is always an option and often allows for more flexibility in scheduling, treatment planning, and session frequency. Many families choose this route for the added control it gives them.
Q: Do you accept HSA or FSA cards?
Yes, we accept Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards as forms of payment for speech therapy services. These accounts can often be used to cover out-of-pocket expenses such as private pay sessions or copayments.
Q: How much does it cost?
Rates for speech therapy services vary based on session length and type. We’re happy to discuss prices during your free consultation.
